Mechanical Tubing Description:	For more info on: Mechanical Tubing ASTRA 701 mechanical tubing is high heat-resistant, extruded polyvinyl-chloride plastic tubing designed for continuous use in 105°C applications. This material carries the Underwriters Laboratories recognition and is rated VW-1 by the Laboratories. ASTRA 703/105 PVC mechanical tubing is supplied in continuous lengths on spools and in cut pieces.
Mechanical Tubing Applications:	ASTRA 701 mechanical tubing is widely used on transformer, motor and coil lead wires. It also finds applications in electronic apparatus and in consumer goods such as toys, blenders, food machines, outboard motors, lawn care equipment, stereos, lighting equipment, motorcycles, etc. ASTRA 701 mechanical tubing may also be used for vacuum or pressure hoses and transfer of compatible liquids.
Mechanical Tubing Features:	ASTRA 701 tubing has a high dielectric strength which is maintained to an excellent degree in conditions of heat and humidity. This material is also highly resistant to oils, aliphatic solvents, acids and alkalies. It swells slightly in aromatic hydrocarbons, but withstands normal dip and bake varnish cycles.
